What do we inspect?

We inspect for damage and correct installation of:   Tiling, eaves, chimney, skylight, soffits, ridges, hips, facias and gutters and loft space/insulation. A drone is used when required. A thermal camera is used to check insulation when weather permits.

We inspect external walls for plumb and level as well as for damaged bricks, mortar gaps, air bricks. weep vents, dampproof.

We inspect fencing and gates for alignment/ straightness and lawn laying.

We inspect construction material,  water run offs  and finishing.

We inspect all doors windows, construction is to guidelines, roofing.

We inspect all windows and doors are fitted correctly and sealed.  We look for any damaged during construction.

We inspect all internal walls for plumb and level, check room dimensions, check finish and joins of walls. 

We inspect all internal doors for fitting, door furniture, staircases, skirting, architrave. 

We inspect plumbing for leaks, quality of sealing. All rooms conform to ventilation guidelines, heating system is also checked. 

We inspect correct installation of baths/basins/toilets/cabinetry . 

We inspect kitchen and utility is fitted correctly with no damage

We inspect all electrical facias and electrical fittings for correct use and damage.
