Use our calendar to book a home Inspection at a time that suits you.

You may not have a completion date yet, but to avoid disappointment please choose a date it is most likely to be. We start to get booked up 4 weeks in advance. 

We can always alter you inspection date once you have confirmation of completion.  

Pay a deposit of £49 to save your appointment. You can change the appointment date up to 24 hours prior. So don't worry if your completion date changes. 

You can get a full refund of your deposit if the Inspection is cancelled prior to the 24 hours.

Arrange for yourself or somebody else to be available to give us access to your property on the inspection date. 

Upon finishing our Inspection and the remainder of the Inspection cost is paid we will send you a full PDF report of the property inspection with our findings with very easy to follow listings and photos. Report is provided on same day. 

Contact your home builder and send them the report so you can discuss with them a schedule for getting all the snagging resolved.
